Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Accountant & Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day accounting activities while providing effective administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting payroll and reconciliations, managing office documentation, and coordinating general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation.
• Track company expenses and ensure proper documentation of expenditures.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and management summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and cash transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support the preparation of audit schedules and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables where necessary.

Administrative Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
• Prepare letters, reports, memos, correspondence, and other official documents.
• Coordinate office supplies, stationery, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
• Maintain records of company assets and office inventory.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal engagements where required.
• Assist with travel, logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
• Receive and respond to routine administrative enquiries.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination activities.
• Ensure the office environment remains organized and operational.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative operations.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₦180,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
