Welcome to Auto Apply AI. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Auto Apply AI provides automated job application tools, CV generation services, and a job board connection platform. While we use advanced technology to match candidates with jobs, we do not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by the respective employers.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Premium features (Auto-Apply, CV Revamp) require a subscription. Payments are processed securely via Paystack or Flutterwave.
• Usage Limits: Plans have specific limits (e.g., 50 Auto-Applies/month). Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Since our services are digital and consumed immediately (e.g., CV generation), all sales are final and non-refundable unless due to a system error on our part.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or illegal information in your CV or profile.
• Use the platform to spam employers or harvest data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms or scraper technology.
• Share your account access with others.

5. Auto-Apply Disclaimer

By enabling the "Auto-Apply" feature, you authorize Auto Apply AI to submit job applications on your behalf using the profile data and CV you provided. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the outcome of these applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Apply AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or employment opportunities.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
