RolepilotAI is hiring current NYSC corps members and recent graduates to join our team as sales & marketing representatives in Lagos.
This role focuses on promoting our platform to fellow corps members and job seekers through structured field outreach and targeted engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote RolepilotAI within NYSC communities and graduate networks
• Conduct field outreach (CDS groups, NYSC secretariats, hostels, career events)
• Educate users on how to improve their CVs and job applications
• Drive user sign-ups and paid conversions
• Track daily/weekly activities and meet monthly performance targets
• Gather and share user feedback to improve the product
Requirements (Strict)
• Must be a current NYSC corps member (Lagos) OR a recent graduate (within 1–2 years) based in Lagos
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with face-to-face engagement and outreach
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Owns a smartphone and has reliable internet access
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: ₦100,000/month
• Performance Bonus: Up to ₦100,000/month (based on targets)
• Hybrid flexibility (more remote time upon hitting targets)
• Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and startup growth
Preferred (Optional)
• Experience in sales, campus/NYSC representation, or marketing
• Active in CDS groups or graduate communities
• Strong social presence or influence within peer networks
