VACANCY: PROJECT MANAGER – ZONE DEVELOPMENT

Job Summary
Leads end-to-end delivery of capital projects — from concept through commissioning and handover — ensuring safe, on-schedule, on-budget delivery to the highest quality standards, while driving strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead execution of engineering/construction projects; prepare Project Charters, Execution Plans, and schedules
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and HSE activities
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specs, and contractor submissions
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, and change control
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead lessons-learnt reviews
• Lead stakeholder meetings; monitor progress via MS Project/dashboards
• Review contractor claims, variations, and payments
• Drive QA inspections and NCR closure; ensure HSE compliance
• Prepare progress reports; plan commissioning, testing, and close-out
• Mentor team members and build high-performing teams
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–15 years' experience delivering industrial, commercial, and/or residential projects
• Minimum 5 years managing multidisciplinary capital projects
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong skills in contract administration, cost/schedule control, risk management, QA/QC systems
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
