Job Description
Role Overview
• Are you an organized, detail-oriented project coordinator with a passion for world-class beauty, skincare, and fragrance brands? We are a leading luxury cosmetics and fragrance distributor operating premier franchise outlets across Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana.
• We are seeking a Marketing Executive (International Brand Liaison) to act as the primary operational anchor between our regional teams and our global brand partners. In this role, you will not have to build strategies from scratch; instead, you will serve as a Brand Custodian and Project Manager, flawlessly localizing, executing, and protecting the global marketing blueprints of some of the most prestigious luxury houses in the world.
• Reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED) with high-visibility reporting lines to the GM and CEO, this is a high-stakes, fast-paced role critical to maintaining our organization's major business engine.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Partner Liaison & Alignment:
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the day-to-day operational bridge between international brand partners and our internal teams across Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana.
• Synergy Assurance: Review global brand assets, campaign guidelines, and thematic concepts to guarantee that local execution mirrors international luxury standards.
• Calendar Management: Maintain and align a multi-market regional marketing calendar, proactively planning timelines to ensure campaign schedules do not conflict across different brands or retail locations.
Budget, Approval & Reporting Pipeline:
• Budget Tracking & Proposals: Compile local operational costs, assist in drafting campaign budget sheets, and submit structured proposals to global partners for financial approval.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare performance tracking data and monthly multi-market marketing reports for internal leadership (ED, GM, CEO) and global stakeholders.
Experiential Events & In-Store Activations:
• Event Coordination: Manage the logistics, vendor contracts, and end-to-end execution of product launches, masterclasses, and in-store or online pop-up events.
• Visual Merchandising: Oversee the practical rollout of in-store decorations, signage updates, on-counter collateral, and visual merchandising updates provided by partners.
Digital Campaign & Influencer Coordination:
• Content Delivery Pipeline: Monitor internal creative teams to ensure social media scheduling, imagery, and copywriting strictly follow pre-approved brand guidelines.
• Influencer Relations: Coordinate logistics for gifting campaigns (e.g., fragrance or makeup gift optimization), trace sponsored ad placements, and track deliverables from local influencer partners.
Required Profile & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of active experience in marketing coordination, account management, or creative project management. Prior experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
• Autonomy Realism: You must thrive in systems with pre-defined rules, enjoying the challenge of adapting and executing complex strategies perfectly over creating them from scratch.
• Project Management Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of handling multiple fast-moving brand calendars concurrently without dropping the ball.
• High Stakeholder IQ: Polished professional communication skills required to manage high-stakes relationships with luxury brand executives and C-level internal leaders.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable tracking workflows via project tools (e.g., Trello or Monday.com) and creating visually polished presentations using Canva or Microsoft PowerPoint.
