At First Digital Marketing Agency (FDMA), we're looking for an exceptional Personal Brand & Communications Strategist / Brand Manager to work directly with our Founder, Grace Peter, and play a key role in building one of the most influential personal and corporate brands in the digital marketing industry.
This is more than a social media management role. It's an opportunity to shape a powerful brand, influence thousands of people, create thought-provoking content, and drive measurable business growth through strategic storytelling and creative execution.
What You'll Do
✔ Develop and execute personal branding and marketing strategies.
✔ Transform ideas, experiences, and business insights into compelling content.
✔ Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
✔ Write high-converting copy, thought leadership articles, captions, scripts, and brand stories.
✔ Edit high-quality videos using CapCut and other professional editing tools.
✔ Design eye-catching graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
✔ Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and brand consistency across all platforms.
✔ Build meaningful relationships with our online community and industry leaders.
✔ Monitor analytics, measure performance, and continuously improve content strategy.
✔ Collaborate with the team to execute campaigns that generate visibility, qualified leads, and business growth.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
✅ Thinks like a strategist and executes like a leader.
✅ Is an exceptional writer, storyteller, and communicator.
✅ Understands personal branding, digital marketing, and audience psychology.
✅ Has strong video editing and graphic design skills.
✅ Is proficient in CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
✅ Is highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
✅ Can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
✅ Has at least one year of experience in branding, content creation, or digital marketing.
✅ Is passionate about building brands that inspire, influence, and create lasting impact.
