Role DescriptionThe Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of strategic projects across Smooth Promotions, including The Headies Awards, television productions, digital campaigns, corporate events, sponsorship activations, and special initiatives.
The successful candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities⁠Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
⁠Develop project timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
⁠Coordinate internal departments and external vendors.
⁠Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
⁠Track project milestones and deliverables.
⁠Ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
⁠Manage procurement and vendor relationships.
⁠Produce project reports and post-project evaluations.
⁠Coordinate sponsorship activations and partner deliverables.
⁠Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and deadline expectations.
⁠Support executive leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.Qualifications⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or related discipline.
⁠Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.
⁠Minimum 5 years experience managing complex projects.
⁠Experience in media, entertainment, events, or production is highly desirable.
⁠Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills.
⁠Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
⁠Proficiency in project management tools.
⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
