• Reconciling general ledgers, bank statements, and balance sheets
• Analyzing financial data and managing employee or business expenses
• Preparing financial statements for management, shareholders and tax reporting
• Filing business taxes and ensuring compliance with local, provincial and federal regulations
• Conducting internal audits and variance analyses to identify trends or discrepancies
• Forecasting cash flow and making recommendations based on performance data
• Maintaining internal controls and accounting systems to support accuracy and prevent fraud.
Requirements • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. ICAN, ACCA, or CPA/CMA.
