Job Summary
• We are seeking a seasoned Executive HR Leader to oversee our overall human capital strategy, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
• This is an internal leadership role responsible for aligning HR initiatives directly with long-term business goals and driving performance across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategies that align with business growth and corporate objectives.
• Talent Management & Acquisition: Lead executive recruitment, succession planning, workforce strategy, and high-performance retention programs.
• Organizational Development: Design organizational structures, change management frameworks, and leadership development programs.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to employment laws, regulatory frameworks, governance policies, and internal ethics standards.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee total rewards, compensation structures, executive benefits, and payroll governance.
• Performance & Culture: Foster a strong company culture, manage employee relations, and optimize performance management systems.
Requirements
• Hospitality Background (Compulsory): Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with direct experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/hospitality establishment.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior executive leadership role (in-house corporate background required; non-consultancy).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Certifications: Advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior professional charter) strongly preferred.
• Skills: Expert knowledge of labor laws, executive negotiation, strategic workforce planning, HR technology, and change leadership.
