Sales and Marketing Officer

• As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for energetic, target-driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officers to grow our customer base and strengthen our brand.

• The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and increasing market penetration for Dezzy Fountain Water.

• The successful candidate will execute sales strategies, achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, distributors and retail outlets.

• Promote and sell Dezzy Fountain Water to individuals, businesses and institutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.

• Prepare and implement sales plans for assigned territories.

• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and payments.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches and marketing events.

• Ensure proper product visibility and availability within assigned territories.

• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any related discipline.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG, food, beverage or bottled water industry.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts.

• Valid driver's licence and ability to drive is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
