Brand Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time
ANKO is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Lead to drive the growth and visibility of the brand. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on; someone who can identify opportunities, develop creative marketing initiatives, build meaningful partnerships, and bring ambitious ideas to life with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen ANKO’s brand presence and drive growth.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, PR, media features, and brand activations.
• Plan and deliver campaigns, pop-ups, events, product launches, and other brand experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, stylists, influencers, creatives, retailers, and industry partners.
• Coordinate marketing projects from concept through execution, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support customer communications and ensure a premium brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Stay informed on fashion, luxury, and cultural trends to identify new opportunities for ANKO.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing.
• Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
• A proactive self-starter who can take ownership and execute with minimal direction.
• Passion for fashion, creativity, and building meaningful brand experiences.
