Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Follow-Through:
• Own the lead pipeline end-to-end: respond to inbound inquiries, qualify parents/students, and move them through a structured follow-up sequence to enrolment.
• Design and continuously improve our conversion playbook (scripts, follow-up cadence, objection handling for price-sensitive parents).
• Track conversion rates by source (webinar, event, referral, social) and report weekly on what’s converting and what’s not.
• Work closely with the delivery/mentor team to ensure handoff from “sold” to “onboarded” is smooth.
Events — Online:
• Plan and execute our webinar program end-to-end: topic ideation, promotion, hosting/moderation, and post-webinar follow-up to convert attendees to leads.
• Own the webinar calendar and continuously test formats/topics that drive the most qualified sign-ups.
Events — Offline:
• Represent the firm at school exhibits, study expos, and hosted study fairs — this includes physical presence, booth setup, and live parent/student conversations.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with schools, exhibition organizers, and studyexpo hosts so we get invited back and get better positioning/pricing over time.
• Identify and pitch new offline opportunities (schools that would host us, expos worth exhibiting at).
• Manage offline event logistics: materials, scheduling, budget tracking, and post-event lead capture into the pipeline.
Social Media & Content:
• Own the content calendar and ensure consistent posting across our core platforms.
• Ensure content is genuinely engaging, not just present — this includes planning and directing video content (short-form especially).
• Monitor what content drives inbound leads vs. what drives vanity engagement, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels.
Systems & Team-Building (as we scale):
• Document what works turn personal know-how into repeatable playbooks (event checklist, webinar SOP, content calendar template, conversion scripts).
• As the budget allows, help recruit, onboard, and manage junior hires (content creator, events assistant) who will execute under your direction.
Requirements:
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience.
