Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle at Rosexpress Delivery Services. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The specialist will help develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
Regular tasks include assisting managers with personnel management issues, coordinating performance review processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clear communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion in a remote work setting.
Qualifications
• Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist or specialist HR functions.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including the ability to interpret and communicate policy information clearly.
• Experience in Personnel Management, including supporting managers with employee relations and performance conversations.
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements relevant to remote and cross-border work environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and common office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, delivery services, or international operations is a plus.
