• We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the Company's human resource function across its mining, processing, and administrative operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the Company's goals and support organizational growth.
• The role encompasses all key areas of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in fostering a productive and positive work environment, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies, and driving initiatives that attract, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing workforce capable of supporting the Company's operational and strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Coordinate workforce requirements for mine sites, factories, laboratories, and corporate offices
• Coordinate the Company's performance appraisal process
• Monitor employee performance and recommend improvement initiatives
• Oversee payroll administration and salary reviews
• Manage employee benefits programs, including HMO, pensions, leave administration, and insurance
• Identify training needs across departments
• Develop and implement annual training plans
• Monitor training effectiveness and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, mining sector regulations, and company policies
• Maintain statutory records and support regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with HSE teams to promote workplace safety
• Support employee welfare initiatives and wellness programs
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with 5 years of progressive HR experience
• CIPM, SPHRi, PHRi, or equivalent certification will be an advantage
• At least 2-3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in mining, manufacturing, heavy industry, oil & gas, or related sectors is preferred.
