Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Human Resources Executive role based in Ijebu-Imushin. The SHRO will oversee HR operations, recruitment, onboarding. The role will manage Industrial & Employee relations, performance management processes, and the implementation and review of HR policies and procedures in line with corporate and local regulations.
Supporting managers on people-related issues, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
HE will also support change management activities, and ensure accurate HR reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
• Candidates must possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience leading HR functions in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Employee Relations skills, with a proven ability to handle grievances, conflict resolution, and Industrial engagement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess HR Policies expertise, including developing, implementing, and updating policies that comply with local labor laws and company standards.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Masters and CIPMN is a Must.
