Job Summary
• Triumph Power and Gas is seeking a results-driven Operations Project Services Lead to spearhead our day-to-day tactical execution and project governance mandates.
• In this role, you will act as the core execution engine bridging the gap between strategic operations delivery and live asset/engagement support.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Operations Delivery, you will implement rigorous project controls, manage high-stakes OEM and customer interfaces, and oversee the end-to-end contracts and proposal development pipeline.
• You will be responsible for empowering project managers across live engagements and driving reporting discipline to expand TPG’s footprint with the pace, rigor, and compliance our global partners demand.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day project execution and customer-delivery oversight across the Operations Delivery portfolio of OEM channel-partner engagements .
• Drive the end-to-end proposal development process, from RFQ receipt through technical-commercial offer build, pricing logic, internal review and customer submission, for all assigned bids and tenders.
• Own contracts management for live customer engagements. interpretation and application of customer T&Cs POSA, MSA, LTSA, framework agreements, variation orders, claims, warranty positions and termination clauses.
• Provide first-line technical, commercial and project-management oversight to assigned Project Managers, including cover-note framing of all OEM and customer reports before they reach the Head of Operations Delivery.
• Manage OEM and channel-partner interfaces — PFI review, lead-time management, parts and tooling logistics, FAT participation and supplier performance management.
• Coordinate the supply-chain interface with TPG SCM, Finance and Logistics on live projects — freight, customs, NCDF, WHT, VAT, FX exposure and cashflow planning.
• Own the departmental reporting cadence — Tuesday Pre-Meet Brief, Wednesday Ops MOM, weekly KPI roll-up, the standing Project Progress tracker and quarterly KPI / BSC reviews.
• Drive the technical-commercial close-out of each project — invoicing, milestone certification, retention release, warranty handover and customer satisfaction sign-off.
• Develop and coach the wider Operations Delivery team Project Managers, Operations Support Engineers and the FSR pool on TPG SOPs, the Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Represent Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited in customer, OEM and supplier meetings; uphold the standards of written communication, technical accuracy and reporting discipline expected of Operations Delivery leadership.
Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or an MBA is advantageous.
• Years of Experience: Minimum six 6 years of post-graduation experience, with at least four 4 years actively within the oil and gas sector.-
• Leadership Track Record: Proven experience at a Project Manager level or above, with a track record of cross-functional team leadership.
• Lifecycle Ownership: Demonstrable ownership of at least one full project lifecycle concept through commissioning and at least one full bid lifecycle RFQ through Purchase Order.
• Professional Memberships & Certifications: PMP Certificationor equivalent like PRINCE2, PgMP is required.
• COREN Registration as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or equivalent for other engineering disciplines.
