As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive, energetic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Coordinator who will play a key role in growing our sales, strengthening customer relationships, and building our brand.

About the Role

This is a sales-driven role.

Your primary responsibility is to help grow the company's revenue by converting enquiries into customers, generating new sales opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and using social media to support business growth.

We're looking for someone who enjoys selling, takes initiative, follows through, and is excited about contributing to the growth of a business.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Generation
• Drive sales by converting enquiries into paying customers.
• Respond promptly to enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers until sales opportunities are concluded.
• Recommend products that best meet customers' needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products where appropriate.
• Re-engage previous customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Contact prospective wholesale customers and business partners using company-approved strategies.
• Suggest ideas, promotions, and initiatives that will help increase sales.

Customer Relationship Management
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after every sale.
• Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction.
• Request customer reviews and testimonials.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales, and follow-up activities.

Marketing & Social Media
• Create and publish engaging content across the company's social media platforms.
• Take product photos and videos using a smartphone.
• Create simple graphics and edit videos using Canva and CapCut.
• Respond to comments and direct messages.
• Promote new arrivals, promotions, customer testimonials, and other marketing campaigns.
• Suggest creative ideas to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.

Reporting & Business Growth
• Provide weekly updates on sales activities and customer enquiries.
• Track customer follow-ups and conversion rates.
• Share customer feedback and market insights.
• Recommend ideas that can improve sales, customer experience, and business performance.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:
• Has experience in sales, retail, customer service, or marketing.
• Enjoys selling and building relationships with customers.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is confident using WhatsApp Business and social media platforms.
• Is comfortable creating basic content for social media.
• Has basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut (or is willing to learn).
• Is proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Takes ownership of their work and follows through on tasks.
• Is comfortable working towards sales and performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications
• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing is an advantage.
