Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, and training and development. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and employment regulations. Develop and manage the HR budget effectively. Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement through effective HR programs and policies. Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting professional development and high performance. Advise senior management on HR-related matters, including organizational design and change management. Implement HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and data management. Develop and execute robust talent management and succession planning programs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or senior HR leadership role. Proven experience in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives. In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, employment practices, and HR best practices. Strong understanding of talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior management. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology solutions. Experience in change management and organizational development.
