## Title: DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for automating, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining the company's fintech infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud resources, security controls, and mission-critical applications.
The role ensures high availability, scalability, resilience, and secure operations across digital payment systems, APIs, mobile apps, and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Maintain servers, containers, microservices, and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ensure uptime, scalability, and performance of fintech systems including payment APIs, wallets, and transaction engines
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for backend, frontend, and mobile applications
• Work closely with software engineers to improve release cycles and deployment efficiency
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog)
• Respond to system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production incident management
• Implement security best practices including identity management, IAM policies, encryption, secrets management, and firewalls
• Manage API security, SSL certificates, and secure access to infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with CBN cybersecurity standards, PCI-DSS, NDPR, ISO 27001, and secure DevOps (DevSecOps) practices
• Automate configuration and provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Optimize infrastructure costs, performance, and storage
• Identify system bottlenecks and improve overall platform efficiency
• Work with Engineering, Product, QA, and Security teams to support product lifecycle
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
