**Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based on the Lagos Mainland, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual assets for hotel marketing campaigns, such as social media graphics, digital ads, flyers, and in-house promotional materials. The role involves editing and enhancing images for online and offline use, preparing files for production, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual s olutions.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print materials.
• Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing for optimizing photos and visual content for various platforms.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) and basic knowledge of layout and typography.
• Ability to work weekends on-site
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling, with a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
• Prior experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands is an advantage.**
