Marketing & Partnership Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦450,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Partnership Executive to lead our marketing initiatives, brand activations, digital campaigns, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving consumer engagement, and supporting business growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Plan and execute brand activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the company's social media and digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate influencer and media partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional assets.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support commercial objectives.
• Maintain marketing calendars and activation schedules.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and service providers.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activations and promotional campaigns.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with FMCG brands is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating events and brand activations.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
