We're looking for a creative, strategic, and user-focused Product Designer who will play two important roles within our ecosystem:
• Work as a NeoGuide, supporting and mentoring members of our innovation community.
• Design exceptional digital products for clients through NeoMinds Innovative Studio.

What You'll DoAs a Product Designer
• Design intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Present and communicate design decisions effectively.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across products.
As a NeoGuide
• Guide and support NeoMinds community members on product design projects.
• Review design work and provide constructive feedback.
• Share industry best practices, tools, and design thinking principles.
• Help inspire a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and product design skills.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Good visual design and typography skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with startups or digital products.
• Understanding of design thinking and agile product development.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies is an advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
