About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business objectives.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into engaging, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research and gather user requirements.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Maintain and contribute to the organization's design system and style guides.
• Ensure consistency of branding and user experience across all digital products.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best design practices.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
• Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development principles.
• Experience designing enterprise software, business applications, or digital platforms.
