• Cynosure Realty Limited is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our real estate marketing, branding, and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and digital ads
• Create high-quality visual content for social media platforms
• Develop brand-consistent graphics for campaigns and property listings
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute creative concepts
• Edit and retouch images for real estate listings
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and messaging
• Stay updated with design trends relevant to real estate and digital marketing
Requirements
• 3–5 years of proven experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW (or similar)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing-focused designs
• Good understanding of branding, layout, and typography
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Must reside in or around Wuye, Abuja
