We're building a lean, performance-driven affiliate network to grow readership and sales across digital platforms.
About the Role
We're looking for a results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive sales of our two flagship titles through affiliate links, social promotion, email marketing, and content partnerships. You'll have full creative freedom in how you promote, with performance-based earnings tied directly to your results.
Responsibilities
Promote Enterprise Sales Mastery and While Leaders Failed through affiliate marketing channels (social media, blogs, email lists, YouTube, communities, etc.)
Develop and execute promotional campaigns using provided marketing assets (eBook covers, sales copy, outreach templates)
Track and report on affiliate link performance and conversions
Identify and engage relevant audiences: sales professionals, L&D/enablement teams, business leaders, and faith-based leadership communities
Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to improve conversion rates
Requirements
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital book promotion
Strong understanding of Amazon KDP and/or Payhip affiliate or referral mechanics is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Active audience or distribution channel (social following, email list, blog, niche community)
Self-starter comfortable working independently.
Compensation
Attractive rewards (up to 40% of every completed transaction) competitive percentage per sale, paid per completed transaction.
