We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Officer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales order lifecycle, from processing and invoicing to ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries, proactively resolving any discrepancies and maintaining strong, productive relationships.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring inventory levels, supporting sales operations through performance tracking, and preparing essential operational reports. You will also play a crucial part in coordinating SKU distribution nationwide and supporting promotional activities.
