Built on our Experience Officer Marketing (C2X) model, we empower everyday users to become active brand ambassadors. We host regular, high-energy physical workshops and onboarding training batches at our Lagos office to empower local entrepreneurs and sales promoters.
Role Description:
We are seeking a charismatic, high-energy Sales Trainer & Motivational Speaker to join our Lagos team as a key facilitator for our physical training batches.
In this role, you will lead high-impact, sales-focused training sessions, equipping our newly onboarded promoters with proven closing techniques, pitch frameworks, and mindset tools. You will work closely with our core team to deliver engaging presentations and maintain a strong talent pipeline for our rapid expansion across Nigeria.
• Compensation: $400 USD / Month + High Performance Bonuses!
• Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Physical on-site training at our office)
• ️ Format: On-site training batches, interactive workshops, and high-energy seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dynamic Workshop Facilitation: Deliver powerful, motivational, and sales-oriented presentation scripts to live audiences in Lagos.
• Sales & Pitch Training: Coach participants on persuasion, direct closing, customer objection handling, and brand advocacy.
• Audience Engagement: Drive high energy, crowd interaction, and action-oriented participation during training batches.
• Continuous Feedback: Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine presentation slides and training scripts based on real-time audience feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Lagos Resident: Must currently reside in Lagos with a deep understanding of local business culture and street-smart communication.
• Proven Stage Presence: Solid background as a Motivational Speaker, Sales Coach, Public Speaker, High-Ticket Closer, or Network Marketing (MLM) Diamond Leader.
• Charisma & Influence: Magnetic personality capable of commanding a room, inspiring confidence, and moving people into immediate action.
• Sales Track Record: Practical experience in direct sales, consumer marketing, network marketing, or affiliate growth.
• Availability: Ready to conduct physical training sessions on a scheduled batch basis at our Lagos office.
