POINTCARE MEDICAL is seeking a compassionate, competent, and dependable Registered Nurse/Caregiver to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos. The successful candidate will provide high-quality home healthcare services, ensuring patients receive safe, personalized, and compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional nursing and caregiving services to clients at home.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living where necessary.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management and home care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols.
• Escalate changes in patients’ conditions appropriately.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licence.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in home healthcare is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Resides in Lekki or surrounding areas, or can commute reliably.
