Job Description
Tender Identification
• Monitor procurement portals, newspapers, government agencies, and private sector platforms for relevant tender opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities that align with the company's capabilities and strategic goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of upcoming and submitted tenders.

Bid Preparation
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Gather required documentation, certifications, and supporting information.
• Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with tender requirements.

Proposal Development
• Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and bid documents.
• Develop pricing schedules in collaboration with finance and technical teams.
• Customize proposals according to client requirements.
• Ensure proposals clearly communicate the company's value proposition.

Coordination
• Liaise with internal departments such as:
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Operations
• Procurement
• Legal
• Technical Teams
• Coordinate external partners and subcontractors where necessary.

Compliance Management
• Ensure all bid submissions comply with:
• Company policies
• Client requirements
• Industry regulations
• Government procurement guidelines
• Verify validity of company registrations, licenses, certificates, and statutory documents.

Documentation
• Maintain an organized repository of:
• Tender documents
• Company profiles
• Technical documents
• Certificates
• CVs of key personnel
• Past project references
• Keep bid templates updated.

Submission Management
• Submit tenders before deadlines.
• Track bid status from submission through award.
• Attend bid clarification meetings when required.
• Respond promptly to client requests for additional information.

Post-Tender Activities
• Conduct bid reviews and lessons learned after each submission.
• Maintain records of successful and unsuccessful bids.
• Support contract negotiation after award.

Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitors' activities.
• Analyze market trends and procurement opportunities.
• Recommend strategies for improving bid success rates.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
