Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant performance.
• Champion process safety and operational excellence.
• Lead emergency response activities during plant incidents.
• Coach, mentor, and develop operations personnel.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements
• 20+ years of Operations/Maintenance experience in the oil & gas industry.
• At least 10 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in Gas Processing Plants GPP, LNG, Ammonia, or similar gas plants.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management PSM, emergency response, plant operations, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with SAP, MAPCON, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
