Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and public relations. Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the marketing team. Manage vendor relationships, including agencies, designers, and printers, to ensure high-quality campaign deliverables. Monitor campaign performance closely, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on progress and results. Analyze campaign data to identify what's working, what's not, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout campaign lifecycles. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and content for campaigns. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities for campaign development. Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or a similar role. Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign strategies, and performance metrics. Proficiency in project management tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaign messaging. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
