Role Overview
As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Noble Eagle, you will serve as the strategic bridge between HR initiatives and the business's core operational objectives. You are responsible for aligning human capital strategies with the company’s vision, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that our workforce is empowered to deliver on Noble Eagle’s commercial goals.
This role requires a balance of operational "hands-on" HR execution and high-level strategic advisory to line managers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
• Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
• Translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, succession management, and restructuring support.
• Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance data) to provide business leaders with insights that drive informed decision-making.
2. Performance & Talent Management
• Oversee the implementation of the Group-wide Performance Management System, ensuring goals are aligned with company KPIs and feedback is continuous.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to career development, promotions, and offboarding.
• Identify skill gaps within the business units and coordinate with the L&D team to deploy targeted training programs.
3. Employee Relations & Culture
• Drive initiatives to build a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture that reflects the values of Noble Eagle.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with fairness, professionalism, and strict adherence to internal policies and labor laws.
• Facilitate employee engagement surveys and lead initiatives to improve morale and employee retention.
4. Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure 100% compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies across all operational activities.
• Collaborate with the payroll and admin teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery, including accurate documentation and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and provide timely HR reports to the Group HR leadership.
Requirements:
• Experience:
5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering role within a fast-paced environment.
• Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) are mandatory.
