Job Description
We're looking for a highly experienced and independent Product Marketing Manager – Hardware to drive the commercial success of our award-winning Ricoh document scanner, printer, and projector portfolio across Nigeria and West Africa.
This is a strategic, customer-focused role where you'll shape product positioning, enable our sales channels and reseller partners, support new product launches, and grow our hardware footprint across the region. You will work closely with our technical and sales teams while owning your market independently.
💰 Full Commission-Based — Uncapped Earnings
This role rewards performance directly. There's no ceiling on what you can earn — the harder you drive results, the more you take home. It's built for a self-starter who backs their own ability and wants earnings that match their impact.
Commission: 2% - 20% of Sales Revenue, Subject to Specific Project
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in product marketing, product management, or technical sales within document capture, imaging, office equipment, or a related technology sector
• A strong existing network across corporate, banking, government, or enterprise clients in Nigeria/West Africa is a major advantage
• The ability to work independently — you set your pace, own your pipeline, and deliver results without hand-holding
• A hunger to make a difference and build something significant in a growing market
This is a commercial role for someone who wants their income tied to their performance, not a salary cap.
