This program develops outstanding graduates into specialists across our core functions.
The Graduate Trainee Program exists to find exceptional people early and grow them into specialists who own real work. You will not sit on the sidelines. From your first weeks you will contribute to live client engagements and internal builds, guided by an experienced owner in the department you are tied to. The program combines structured mentorship with genuine responsibility, and it is designed to convert strong performers into permanent specialist roles.
We recruit from any discipline because our work spans far more than engineering.
We do not require a technical degree. Our work touches law, economics, statistics, the sciences, engineering, computer science, linguistics, business, and the humanities, so excellence in any field can be developed into specialist capability here. What we look for is a rigorous mind, evidence that you build things and finish them, and the honesty to tell the truth about your work. If you have that, your discipline is an asset, not a limit.
Every trainee is tied to a key department and a specific unit.
After an initial assessment period, each trainee is assigned to a core department and unit based on demonstrated aptitude and business need. You may be tied to any of the following:

Research
. Model behavior, evaluation, and methods.

Engineering
. Platform and product build across our systems.
●
Delivery
. Enterprise deployment and client engagements.
●
Operations
. Commercial operations, finance, and coordination.
●
Distribution
. Client insight, outreach, and partnerships.
You will develop deep capability in your assigned area, with exposure across functions where the work calls for it.
You will carry real responsibility from your first week.
In your assigned department you will:
● Support live client engagements and internal product work under the guidance of a department owner.
● Take assigned tasks from start to a documented result, owning them end to end.
● Learn our methods quickly and codify what you learn, so the team compounds knowledge rather than repeating it.
● Produce clear, accurate written work.
● Raise problems early and report status truthfully.
A first class degree is the one requirement we do not flex.
To be eligible you must:
● Hold a first class honors degree, or the equivalent top honors classification where a different grading system applies, in any discipline.
This is mandatory.
● Have completed your degree recently, or be on track to complete it shortly.
● Demonstrate strong analytical ability and clear written communication.
● Show evidence that you build things and see them through.
● Hold yourself to a high standard of personal integrity.
We assess every candidate on three dimensions.
Every application is evaluated against the same three questions:
• Integrity and truthfulness. Do you tell the truth, including when it is inconvenient?
• Vision ownership and a bias to building. Do you take ownership and build, rather than
wait to be told?
• Intelligence and problem solving. Can you reason clearly through hard, unfamiliar
problems?
The program is built to become a permanent specialist career.
Successful trainees receive:
● Direct mentorship from the owner of the function you are tied to, and from senior members of the team.
● Real responsibility and exposure to work that reaches enterprise clients across multiple markets.
● A clear path from trainee to a permanent specialist role for those who perform.
