• Possess a PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other qualifications and professional certifications appropriate to this position.
• Have current teaching, research, administrative, or professional experience in a recognized university or higher institution.
• Demonstrate strong ICT proficiency and technology-driven work competencies.
• Must have experience in Open, Distance, and e-Learning environments.
