Responsibilities
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified employees to meet organizational needs.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, training and development, and staff welfare while fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labour laws, and provide HR support to management.
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' HR experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution sector.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices; professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
