Job Description
Flinx Realty Limited is looking for a dedicated and results driven Human Resources Executive to lead and manage our Talent Management, Performance Management, and Total Rewards functions. Experience Required:
3 to 6 Years in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Management, or Compensation and Benefits
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Management:
Lead the identification of talent within the organization, coordinate succession planning, support career development pathways, and manage high-potential employee development programs.
• Performance Management:
Take full ownership of the performance review process from beginning to end, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, performance calibration sessions, and performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
• Total Rewards:
Support compensation benchmarking exercises, assist in structuring salaries, design incentive programs, and administer employee benefits to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market while maintaining fairness across the workforce.
• Collaborate closely with departmental leaders and managers to ensure that talent strategies are aligned with the broader goals of the organization.
• Analyze human resources data such as employee turnover rates, performance ratings, and pay equity information in order to guide strategic decision-making.
• Ensure that all compensation practices and policies comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
• A minimum of three to six years of relevant working experience in talent management, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical capabilities with practical experience using human resources information systems and compensation management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• The ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
