About the Role

Key Responsibilities Assist in the execution of HR strategies and initiatives. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently. Handle employee grievances and provide support for employee relations issues. Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system. Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations. Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation programs. Prepare HR reports and documentation as required. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs. Provide general HR support to employees and management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role. Knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
