Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and talent development initiatives. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations. Develop and deliver HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters. Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS). Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Requirements Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role. Proven track record in developing and executing effective HR strategies. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation/benefits management. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bauchi, Bauchi, NG . Strong ethical judgment and problem-solving skills.
