Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employee separation processes.
• Drive performance management, KPI implementation, and employee development initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Monitor HR compliance with labour laws and professional regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for Management.
• Support organizational development and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification CIPM, PHRi, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR experience* with at least *2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing HR systems, policies, and performance management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong report-writing and Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word skills.
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
