Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Personnel to support the organisation's people management functions and ensure smooth HR operations. The successful candidate will be capable of independently handling HR responsibilities and readily stepping in to oversee HR activities when required. This role requires a highly professional individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a sound understanding of HR best practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Support employee engagement, welfare, and performance management initiatives. Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management. Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, and related HR documentation. Support disciplinary and grievance procedures when necessary. Act as a reliable HR representative and readily assume HR responsibilities when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Human Resources role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and presentation. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative. Pay: ₦200.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
