Role Description Memfys Hospital is seeking a strategic, proactive, and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce development while supporting the Hospital's mission of delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.

✔ Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.

✔ Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employee separation processes.

✔ Drive performance management, KPI implementation, and employee development initiatives.

✔ Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.

✔ Coordinate training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.

✔ Monitor HR compliance with labour laws and professional regulatory requirements.

✔ Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for Management.

✔ Support organizational development and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

✔ Professional HR certification (CIPM, PHRi, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

✔ Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

✔ Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.

✔ Experience designing and implementing HR systems, policies, and performance management frameworks.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Strong report-writing and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) skills.

✔ Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
