Overview:

We’re seeking a highly collaborative and sales-oriented Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and revenue growth by planning and executing regionally aligned marketing programs that support sales objectives. This role acts as the bridge between sales, marketing, and partners—translating corporate messaging into high-impact, localized campaigns that accelerate demand, engagement, and conversion.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments and brings a data-driven, execution-focused, and outcome-oriented mindset. This position reports to the Head of Sales Africa and supports country operations within the Sales business unit.

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional demand generation initiatives aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets. The role partners closely with sales leadership, centralized marketing teams, and alliance/channel partners to create impactful campaigns, events, and partner initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes across Nigeria.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs aligned to regional sales priorities and revenue targets

Drive pipeline creation through events, campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and partner-led initiatives

Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure regional relevance and impact

Partner closely with regional sales leadership to define go-to-market priorities, target accounts, and campaign focus

Support sales teams with event follow-up strategies, campaign briefs, and sales enablement assets

Act as a strategic advisor to sales on marketing-driven growth opportunities

Own end-to-end execution of field events, including executive roundtables, customer workshops, industry conferences, partner events, and roadshows

Ensure events deliver measurable outcomes, including pipeline growth, meetings, product adoption, and upsell opportunities

Manage event calendars, logistics, vendors, and budgets

Collaborate with alliance and channel partners on joint marketing initiatives

Execute co-branded campaigns that leverage partner networks to expand reach and credibility

Align partner marketing activities with regional and corporate priorities

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including pipeline, revenue influence, and engagement metrics

Use data and insights to continuously improve program effectiveness

Clearly communicate campaign impact to marketing and sales leadership

Work closely with centralized marketing teams, including campaigns, digital, content, and PR, to ensure alignment and consistency

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate attribution and reporting

Support and lead country operations initiatives as part of a people management role

Qualifications:
• 5–9 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing

Master’s degree preferred

Technical degree preferred

Professional proficiency in English required

Professional proficiency in local language required

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Sales-oriented mindset with a strong, proactive personality

Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments

Data-driven, execution-focused, and outcome-oriented approach

Strategic thinker with strong tactical delivery skills

Experience supporting regional sales teams and executing integrated marketing programs

Proven ability to manage events, campaigns, and partner marketing initiatives end-to-end
