Job Summary • The Graduate Trainee will participate in a structured development program designed to provide practical exposure and technical training in engineering operations.
• The role supports project execution, process improvement, maintenance activities, and engineering analysis while developing professional and technical competencies.
• Are you a fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering with a minimum of HND or BSC?

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the company’s graduate trainee development programme.
• Support engineering and operational activities across assigned departments.
• Assist in monitoring equipment performance and operational efficiency.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with materials evaluation, inspection, testing, and quality control processes.
• Prepare technical reports, records, and engineering documentation.
• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical & Materials Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Skills & Competencies:
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and/or materials engineering principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to CAD, maintenance, process, or materials analysis tools is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and work within teams.
