JOB VACANCY: DIGITAL MARKETING / IT SUPPORT OFFICER

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Digital Marketing / IT Support Officer to join our team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will support both our digital marketing efforts and internal IT operations to drive brand visibility and ensure smooth business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, email marketing, and online ads
• Manage company website, SEO, and content updates
• Track and report on campaign performance and website analytics
• Support brand activations and online engagement
IT Support
• Provide first-level IT support for staff: hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain computers, printers, and office systems.
• Manage company emails, backups, and basic troubleshooting.
• Liaise with vendors for IT equipment and services.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and/or IT Support
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with website CMS like WordPress is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must reside in Ikeja or close environs in Lagos for easy resumption.
The salary range for these roles is ₦200,000 - ₦250, 000;
