Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦350,000 monthly

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and the development of HR strategies that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.

• Manage the recruitment process: job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation.

• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Handle performance management systems, including appraisals and career development plans.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

• Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.

• Provide guidance and support to management on HR best practices.

• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an added advantage).

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven HR experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
