Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Software Developer to support the enhancement and scaling of our current fintech applications. In this role, you will work across front-end and back-end systems, fortifying security, optimizing database performance, and building seamless integrations to ensure a cutting-edge financial experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
• Core Development:
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code across the front-end and back-end architectures for web and mobile applications.
• Systems Optimization:
Modify, upgrade, and maintain existing software to fix errors, improve database efficiency, and optimize server performance.
• Testing & Deployment:
Conduct system testing, validation, and debugging to ensure app stability and reliability.
• Integration & Automation:
Build robust REST APIs, integrate third-party partner applications, and automate complex business processes.
• Collaboration:
Partner with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and internal teams to transform design wireframes into interactive, user-friendly features.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of
4 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record in
Fintech solutions

• Solid experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git/GitHub).
• Core Technical Stack Required:
• Backend/Frameworks:
PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or .NET Core.
• Frontend/Mobile:
React.js, Next.js, Flutter, or React Native.
• Databases:
MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Cloud/DevOps:
Exposure to AWS, Digital Ocean, Apache, or Nginx.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and openness to leveraging generative AI tools to maximize daily workflow efficiency.
