Job Purpose

Develop and manage value chain banking opportunities within large corporate ecosystems. The role focuses on leveraging anchor corporate relationships to drive business opportunities across suppliers, distributors, contractors, and other ecosystem participants.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop value chain strategies for key corporate clients.

• Identify financing and transaction banking opportunities within client ecosystems.

• Collaborate with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships.

• Structure and execute value chain financing solutions.

• Drive acquisition of ecosystem participants and increase wallet share.

• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to risk policies.

• Prepare business cases, market assessments, and management reports.

• Engage internal stakeholders to deliver integrated banking solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or professional certification is an advantage.

• 5–10 years' experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Value Chain Finance, Structured Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or

Business Development.

• Strong understanding of corporate ecosystems and value chain financing.

• Proven ability to originate and manage complex banking relationships.

• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Performance Indicators
Value chain revenue growth, corporate ecosystem penetration, portfolio quality, customer acquisition, loan and deposit growth, and cross-sell performance.
