Role Purpose

We are seeking a high-calibre HRBP - Talent Acquisition & HR Integration to join our HR team on a 12-month contract. While the primary accountability of this role is to deliver end-to-end recruitment, the role will also have defined responsibility to contribute across broader HR pillars.

In addition to Talent Acquisition, the incumbent will support delivery across HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Learning & Development, with a strong focus on driving process improvement, integration, and governance across the employee lifecycle. This expanded scope is intentional to strengthen alignment, consistency, and operational efficiency across HR.

Key Accountabilities

• Talent Acquisition

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, improve workforce planning, and enhance hiring outcomes.

• Drive structured hiring practices, including intake sessions, interview frameworks, and decision governance.

• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-employment checks.

• Track and improve key metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.

• HR Cross-Functional Delivery

In parallel with recruitment responsibilities, the role will support delivery across the following HR areas:

HR Business Partnering

• Support implementation of structured business partnering practices, including hiring SLAs and workforce planning frameworks.

• Contribute to improving People Leader engagement and accountability.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Apply job evaluation and market benchmarking insights to support fair and consistent offer decisions.

• Contribute to improving internal budget conversations, compensation governance and internal equity.

Payroll

• Lead Payroll process Improvement

• Contribute to strengthening payroll accuracy through improved validation and process discipline.

Learning & Development / Organisational Development

• Support competency framework documentation and Individual Development Plan (IDP) processes.

• Contribute to developing internal capability development priorities via the CBF.

• HR Process Improvement

• Lead and support targeted process improvement initiatives across TA, HRBP, C&B, Payroll, and L&D.

• Identify inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and standardise processes.

• Develop templates, SOPs, and control mechanisms to enhance governance and consistency.

• Drive integration across HR processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition in complex environments.

• Demonstrated exposure to broader HR functions (HRBP, C&B, Payroll & L&D).

• Proven track record in process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Strong competency-based interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR) and HR analytics.

Preferred Profile

• Experience spanning recruitment and broader HR delivery.

• Strong understanding of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
