• • Train directly with the QC manager
• Ore grading standards and basic quality classification
• Carry out daily quality checks at aggregation and collection points
• Assist with sampling, basic XRF screening, and weighbridge supervision
• Document quality findings and submit weekly reports to your supervisor
• Support onboarding of new suppliers into the company’s quality framework
• Build relationships with local miners and community contacts
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second-Class Lower) in Geology, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, or a related field
• Willingness to be stationed full-time in the assigned state — this is a field-based role, not office-based
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow and enforce procedures rigorously
• Good verbal communication and people-management skills for training and community engagement
